SUSTAIN ALPHA 210ML DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take a shower and pat skin dry, then apply 3-5 pumps (depending on weight) to the abdomen or lower chest. Spread the product over as much area as possible and allow to dry for 4-5 minutes before getting dressed. For best results, use the product daily or when greater sexual performance is desired.
